The configured Standard attestation estimate is ~13 to 19 minutes. The Fast estimate, when available, is ~20 seconds. These describe source attestation, not guaranteed end-to-end delivery. The destination claim on Arbitrum, network congestion and wallet approval add time.

The app uses 65 source confirmations for Standard and 2 for Fast. These are source-network requirements for Circle's attestation; they are separate from the transaction that mints USDC on Arbitrum.

Yes. CCTP burns native USDC on Ethereum and mints native USDC on Arbitrum. It does not send a wrapped representation. Select native USDC on the source network rather than a bridged token with a similar name.
