The configured Standard attestation estimate is ~10 seconds. The Fast estimate, when available, is ~10 seconds. These describe source attestation, not guaranteed end-to-end delivery. The destination claim on Avalanche, network congestion and wallet approval add time.

The app uses 3 source confirmations for Standard and 3 for Fast. These are source-network requirements for Circle's attestation; they are separate from the transaction that mints USDC on Avalanche.
